Laserena Group hosts the Minister of Housing and Urban Planning of the Sultanate of Oman with its projects in Ain Sokhna to transfer its pioneering experience to the Sultanate of Oman. On Friday, May 10, 2024, Laserena Group hosted, with its projects in Ain Sokhna, Dr. Khalfan bin Saeed Al-Shuaili, Minister of Housing and Urban Planning of the Sultanate of Oman, and his accompanying delegation, on his visit to Egypt. The Omani Minister of Housing and his accompanying delegation received Eng. Ahmed Omar, Chairman of the Board of Directors of “La Serena Group,” and Mr. Mahmoud Omar, Managing Director of the Group. A tour of the company’s projects in Ain Sokhna was organized, especially the company’s project in Galala City. The Chairman of the Board of Directors of "La Sirena Group" and Managing Director of the group welcomed the Omani Minister of Housing, and the urban experience of "La Sirena Group" projects in the Egyptian market was reviewed, which varied between residential, coastal and service projects, which provided added value to the market. During the visit, there was talk about discussing ways of joint cooperation between the two parties, and “La Sirena Group” expressed its readiness to invest in the Sultanate of Oman. The delegation accompanying the Minister of Housing and Urban Planning of the Sultanate of Oman included Mr. Ashraf bin Sultan bin Saif Al Mahrouqi, Head of the Minister’s Office, Mr. Ibrahim bin Hamoud bin Salem Al Waeli, Executive Director of Urban Strategy, and Mr. Hisham bin Najeeb bin Omar Al Zubaidi, Advisor to the Minister for Real Estate Development. Mr. Suleiman bin Khamis bin Khalfan Al Siyabi, Advisor to the Minister for Financial and Commercial Investments, and Mr. Ahmed bin Saud bin Nasser Al Kamyani, Director General of Lands.
